Buyer Intake Meeting

Now that you are prepared, remember your goals of the meeting are to educate your buyers, set expectations, understand their needs, show them you are prepared, show them you are qualified, and get them to sign the Buyer’s Rep Agreement.

When you initially meet with buyers for an intake appointment follow these steps:

1. Educate and Set Expectations

2. Interview and Fill out Buyer Intake Form

3. Collect documents

4. Schedule House Shopping Appointment

5. Sign Buyer’s Rep Agreement
