Now that you have set up your house shopping appointment you are ready to move to the next course. Let’s review what we learned today.

We started by going over how you find buyers and generate leads. To accomplish this we gave you 7 ways to generate leads.

● Homebuyer workshops

● Holding open houses for either your listing or another agent’s listing

● Your sphere of influence, also known as SOI. Your SOI are the people you know and the people they know

● Your geographic farm area, of course

● Networking. Getting out, going to events and meeting people

● Referrals from your clients, friends, and out-of-state agents

● An online lead generation program that you sift through for prospects [Pause]

Once you get a lead for a client you will want to set up an intake meeting. We went over how to prepare for your intake meeting including setting up MLS Alerts and how to compile a buyer intake packet for your client as well as an agent packet for yourself.

Now that we had you prepared for the intake meeting we went over the details of the meeting. We specifically looked at the 5 steps you will want to follow during your intake meeting.
