Survey Format

First, there is a thank you statement, “We appreciate you selecting our company for your real estate needs.”

A few questions that you can start with are:

  • “Has our service met your expectations so far?”
  • “Would you recommend our service to others?”
  • “On a scale of 1 ­10, how would you rate the service of your Realtor?”
  • “What we could improve?”

Good to ask testimonial questions are:

  • “How did we help you?”
  • “What are the names and phone numbers of 5 people you would refer?” 

The sellers sign and date the survey. Lastly, if your client is a business owner, help them publicize their business by using and/or recommending their services. That's the value of reciprocal business.
