Closing Escrow

Now that we have learned to open escrow we are going to learn how to close escrow. The second half of the course is very important for any real estate agent. We will start with the final releases.

The final releases needed are the termite clearance, the contingency release and the critical Closing Disclosure (previously HUD­-1) form. After the final releases we will review the final inspection, getting the deed notarized and the very important client follow up.
