Courses

The first course in this module is “First Steps to Selling a House.” In this course we review the basic first steps. To start we will go over what a listing agent is and a listing agent's duties. The last part of this intro course will review seller’s expectations.

The second course in this module is “Listing the House.” There are two parts we are going to cover. First, we will start with the Listing Contract and then secondly, we will go over Marketing the House. This will give you all the tools to put a house on the market and get the offers rolling in.

The third course in the module is “Offers.” This course walks you through what to do now that you have offers for your seller. We will review what to do when receiving the offers, how to present the offers to your client and how to write a counter offer.

The last course in this module is “Opening and Closing Escrow.” In the course we review escrow in two parts, Opening Escrow and Closing Escrow. Opening escrow has two important parts, the preparation and then the actual steps. We review Closing Escrow. We start with the final releases. Then we will review the final inspection, getting the deed notarized and the very important client follow up.
