Marketing Your Listings

Now let’s get into the second part of today’s course, Marketing Your Listing. Part of your fiduciary duty is to market the property, attract as many qualified buyers as possible, generate acceptable offers, and get it to escrow. While marketing your listings, you’re marketing yourself for free. You’re already paying for marketing your listing, which is going to advertise your brand and bring you more business overall.

We’re going to show you how to start off with our 30­Point Marketing Plan as a checklist and implement of a basic marketing campaign. Some agents have a team to help them. If you’re lucky enough to have a marketing assistant, you can give her or him these duties and a checklist. Then be sure to follow up weekly and ensure the marketing is being completed per your instructions. If you don’t have a team, you can take these steps one at a time so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
